Sade is a creative and strategic thinker passionate about driving purpose-driven transformation within organisations. She does this through the lens of culture, engagement and change management strategies.

In her last role, she was responsible for driving sustainability transformation across a global engineering & design firm (Stantec). She is now on the lookout for a new professional challenge, but in the meantime has dove headfirst into her passion for community building and has founded Women on Our Way (WOOW); a community aimed at supporting women towards deeper purpose-alignment, with a focus on those in career pivot stages.
