Michelle Sims is a seasoned community builder, event expert, and marketer with a decade of experience in her field. She was part of the team who led Finimize to its acquisition by the FTSE100 Investment Firm abrdn in 2021. At Finimize, Michelle manages the largest global retail investor community with over 1 million members. She’s scaled the global community events program and leads a team of high-achieving volunteers who run 300+ events annually, with 60,000 attendees each year. 

In her commitment to empowering women in finance, Michelle initiated the Female Financial Dialogue movement in 2018, expanding it to over 16 cities globally. Additionally, she spearheads the women investing initiatives at Finimize, including the ‘Female Investing Club’ that has been operating for over 4 years. Michelle’s career includes managing co-living communities across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the USA, catering to entrepreneurs, creatives, and digital nomads.
